Amber at Home has been a licenced Sports Massage Therapist for 4 years. With extensive knowledge of sports injuries, and a passion for helping athletes recover and perform at their best, Amber at Home has worked with sports teams, as well as individual athletes of all levels.
At Amber at Home, I believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing. I work with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. My techniques include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretching, and more.
Sports massage can help athletes of all levels improve their performance, prevent injuries, and recover faster. Regular massage can also reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote overall wellness. At Amber at Home, I am committed to helping our clients achieve their best.
My name is Amber
I am a qualified sports massage therapist and wellness coach. I have a great passion for health and wellbeing, having worked in the sector for the last 8 years. I achieved a BSc Hons Sports and Exercise Science degree at University of Worcester, then going on to work in private mental health and wellbeing institutes and clinics. I have since gained an Extended Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy allowing me to expand my knowledge and skill set.
Through taking a wellbeing holistic styled approach I aim to help people feel fulfilled and enriched after my sessions. Not only ensuring that all of your musculoskeletal needs are met, but to provide wellbeing and lifestyle advice to help to prevent further injury and sustainable, healthy living.
